The world’s first fully cbd-infused candy bar is about to hit the shelves.
Crave Candy Cider has partnered with candy maker Nestle to create the CBD infused candy bar, which is expected to be released by the end of the year.CBD is a natural sugar substitute.
Nestle says it is the first candy that has been infused with CBD and will provide consumers with a treat for a little while longer.
Crave Candy CEO and founder Kevin Bensley says that CBD infused candies are a new kind of candy that will be available to consumers, unlike other flavors of flavored candy, which are limited to the likes of vanilla and chocolate.
Cbd infused candys are expected to cost $15-$20 each, and there will be a wide array of flavors.
For example, there will only be two types of CBD infused candy bars, but there are several options for consumers to choose from.
Nestlé is already offering its CBD infused sugar bar to consumers in the United States and Canada.
The CBD candy bar will be sold exclusively at Crave in the US, where it will be marketed as the CBE Candy Bar.
CBD flavored candies will be distributed in Canada, and in the UK and Ireland, according to Nestle.CBE Candy has not announced a launch date for the CBL Candy Bar, a line of flavors that has already been released in Europe and Australia.
Nestles CBE candy bar does not have an official launch date yet.CBI is an acronym for Cannabidiol, or CBD, which has been shown to have some anti-inflammatory properties and a number of anti-cancer properties.
CBD has been used to treat multiple medical conditions, including epilepsy, migraines, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.
Bensley, who has worked on CBE, said that Nestlé’s partnership with CBD Candy is a major step forward in the growth of cannabis infused candymakers.
Candy bars are just one of several new trends that will become more and more popular over the next few years, Bensling said.
